Traditional Pre-School

Hello! My name is Emma Joseph (aka Mrs. J). I am the lead teacher in PreK-2. I started teaching at YWDS in 2016. I have been teaching in a Preschool setting since 2011. I graduated from Bank Street College of Education in 2012 with a Masters Degree in Early and Childhood Education. I have two daughters, Fiona, who is 5, and Cora, who is 3, that both attend Young World!

Loren DiDiego (aka Mrs. L) is the assistant teacher in PreK-2. She also started working at YWDS in 2016. She graduated from Rutgers in 2014 with a degree in Psychology. Mrs. L has one daughter, Olivia (5 months) and 2 dogs, Lola and River. She also owns her own business with her best friend called First and Paper! 

I’m excited to be part of the YWDS family! My name is Chantel Hester, and I’ve been teaching for over 15 years. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Management, and throughout my career, I’ve developed a passion for creating a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel comfortable, supported, and excited to learn.

I’m also a proud mom of two sons, Damitrius (21), a senior at Rowan University, and Jayden (13), an eighth grader who attends RRMS. My family is a very important part of who I am, and I love spending time with them.

Outside of the classroom, I’m the owner of Nēve Essentials, a small batch candle and lifestyle business. I enjoy being creative and creating things that bring comfort, joy and a sense of peace to others.
